John Grunsfeld
Former Astronaut, President of Endless Frontier Associates
Dr. John Grunsfeld is the founder and President of Endless Frontier Associates an aerospace engineering firm specializing in space science, robotics, in-space assembly, and manufacturing. In 2016 Grunsfeld retired as NASA Associate Administrator for the Science Mission Directorate. He has been the NASA Chief Scientist, Deputy-Director of the Space Telescope Science Institute, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University and had an 18-year career as a NASA Astronaut. Grunsfeld is a veteran of five space flights and has spent over 58 days in space, including 8 spacewalks. He served as a mission specialist on STS-67 (1995), flight engineer on STS 81 (1997), and three missions to the Hubble Space Telescope on STS-103 (1999), STS-109 (2002), and STS-125 (2009).
