Justin Kugler

Vice President, Made in Space

As Vice President, Civil and Commercial Space, Justin Kugler leads new business development initiatives for Redwire across each of its business units and strategic focus areas, with a particular emphasis on mission solutions and space industrialization. He has nearly 20 years of industry experience, engineering degrees from Texas A&M and Rice University, and certification in strategic foresight from the University of Houston. Mr. Kugler previously created the industrial R&D portfolio for the International Space Station National Laboratory. He also managed pathfinder projects for the NASA ISS Program Office, developed crew training models for the Constellation Program, and served as an intelligence analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency.
