Karl Stolleis spent 15 years as a newspaper photographer and editor before heading back to school in 2009. After spending some summers at NASA Kennedy Space Center during grad school, 2015 saw the award of a MS in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. In mid-2015 Karl joined Lockheed Martin Autonomous Systems in Littleton, CO where he worked on self-driving autonomous vehicles for the US Army, ROS-Military and DARPA Squad X. In 2017 Karl joined the Air Force Research Lab Space Vehicles Directorate at Kirtland AFB, NM and is now the program manager for Space Logistics and Robotics.
